This Voyager Saturn Secrets series is based on a CIA-Stargate report that was allegedly released under a Freedom of Information request in 1983. It includes some of the most exciting scientific and esoteric revelations that I have come across for quite some time, and the names of notable scientific researchers have all been verified. This is probably not new news to people like military program survivors, spiritually advanced souls and even esoteric/metaphysical scholars and astute researchers who are aware of the ‘Lords of Saturn’ and the Saturnian ‘controlled consciousness’ secrets. But not only do we have ‘official’ confirmation of Saturn’s secrets, we have also been provided with holistic solutions to transcend this proven ‘frequency prison’ and ‘artificial matrix’ - also known as Planet Earth.
I studied astrology in the 1980s and Saturn, the second largest planet in our solar system, used to annoy me because of its dreary narrative that revolved around ‘limitation, structure and control’ and the ‘Saturn return’ which occurs every 29-30 years. Western Tropical Astrology focuses on the return to the natal sign while Vedic Sidereal astrology centers on a concept called Sade Sati, which is a much longer and more nuanced period of transformation.) That said, I encourage mainstream astrologers to take this widely unknown information about Saturn into consideration because it will enable them to provide clients with far more insightful and uplifting Saturnian interpretations and guidance.
Saturn return of a completely different kind
The CIA-Stargate Saturn study was triggered in the early 1980s by extraordinary hard data provided by NASA’s Voyager 1 space probe. The full story never made news headlines as the discoveries were probably deemed as being too ‘far out’ for humanity to cope with. When I learned about Saturn’s darkest secrets, including it’s manipulative containment of human consciousness, and how we can transcend its rigid controls and limitations, I wished that the proverbial cat had been let out of the bag a few decades earlier. In hindsight, they may have applied the Law of Silence wisdom because the time wasn’t quite right to let the cat run free.
In the roaring 80s, I was a twenty-something, hard working party girl who somehow made it out of Adelaide’s crazy television and radio industry alive. In the latter half of the 80s I felt drawn to learning astrology and joined a weekly study group hosted in the teacher’s home. She was trained in the western Tropical Astrology system and tended to frown upon Jyotish or Vedic Sidereal Astrology because it was perceived in the west as somewhat vague and unreliable. Tropical Astrology is based on a ‘fixed’ system based on where the sun was stationed on each calendar day 2000+ years ago, and also aligns with the Gregorian calendar. Sidereal Astrology tracks the motion of the skies which have never been ‘fixed’ and never will be. It recognizes that over the course of thousands of years, the sky shifts, and the constellation the sun was once in, is no longer the same on a given day. (1)
As I gradually learned the complex art of natal chart calculation and interpretation, my personal chart felt reasonably accurate, although a little too generalized in some areas. Over time, however, I noticed that forecasts based on upcoming planetary transits were off kilter, with predicted outcomes failing to transpire. Despite reaching a stage where it felt like astrology charts ‘spoke to me’ and I simply conveyed the messages, the predictive inaccuracies eventually caused me to lose interest and drop the idea of taking up further studies.
Fast forward to 2020. Life seemed to come full circle on multiple levels. 2020 also heralded an unexpected, collaborative book research project with esoteric and occultic themes. This led me to various fascinating concepts including the original 13 moon, 28-day calendar which, according to the Foundation for the Law of Time and other advanced information sources, is the preferred standard of time for people who desire a genuinely new world. The inception of the Gregorian calendar in October 1582 by Pope Gregory XIII played a significant role in creating the deception that time is linear. The following extracts from the Law of Time website succinctly encapsulate the significant impact of linear time on humanity which, as you will see, is on a welcome collision course with existing Saturnian controls of consciousness and time itself:
At present, humanity is living in an artificial experience of time that is governed by the irregular 12-month Gregorian calendar and the mechanical 60-minute clock... A profound misconception that results from this distorted linear view of TIME is the belief that the third dimension is the only dimension. This perception results in people thinking that physical reality is the only reality. By changing our relationship with time, we change our perception of ourselves and the world.
Little wonder that on November 9, 2025, when I found a video entitled The Secret CIA Paper About Saturn They Don’t Want You to See on a channel called Esoteric Essence, it made my day in so many wonderful ways! What a shame that this channel has since been deleted.
Stargate Saturn Study Key Points
~ In 1980, NASA’s Voyager 1 space probe’s radio astronomy instrument detected Saturn’s perfectly geometric hexagon, and the plasma wave instrument picked up structured radio frequencies that were repeated with mechanical precision every 10 hours, 39 minutes, and 24 seconds, matching Saturn's rotational period down to the millisecond.

~ The study’s most profound insight is that once you develop ritual literacy through recognizing and understanding ritual technologies and their consciousness-limiting frequencies in our daily lives, you can no longer be ritually manipulated. Saturn meets Stargate
Within 72 hours of receiving startling hard data from NASA’s Voyager 1 radio astronomy and plasma wave instruments, which detected so much more than just a perfectly geometric hexagon rotating at Saturn’s pole, the findings were classified and immediately shared with the Stargate Project, a secret US Army unit established in 1977 by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to primarily investigate remote viewing and psychic phenomena.
Dr. Bradford Smith, the mission's imaging team leader, later stated that they had never seen anything like this on any other planet. But what didn't make it into the public statements was that the hexagon was broadcasting. Redacted Section: Chronogarchy, the Lords of Saturn
The report also had a heavily redacted section entitled Chronogarchy, the Lords of Saturn. It was classified under a newly created category of secrecy called Psychotronic Security Protocols which explored a concept that would revolutionize how we understand the control of time itself. The term chronogarchy appears to be a combination of ‘chronos’, time and ‘archy’, rule or dominance; entities that rule through the manipulation of time and temporal perception. What if there are intelligences that exist outside our temporal flow entirely, manipulating the very fabric of time itself to influence human development and consciousness?
The research documents suggest that these are not physical beings trying to control us through technology or even consciousness, directly. They exist primarily as temporal entities. The researchers also investigated whether the gods and demons depicted in history as physical visitors or even purely mental constructs, were temporal intelligences, beings that exist across multiple timelines simultaneously and interact with our reality through time distortion rather than physical manifestation.
Psychotronics deals with the intersection of consciousness and physical reality. But adding temporal manipulation to this equation creates possibilities that would fundamentally threaten any existing power structure. So of these entities maintain their influence through time manipulation, then understanding how time actually works becomes the ultimate form of resistance.
Ritual technologies are temporal interfaces
This would explain something that's puzzled researchers for decades - why ancient accounts of divine encounters are so consistent across cultures that had no contact with each other. Yet these beings rarely seem to operate through direct physical intervention in our modern era. According to the report’s researchers, ritual technologies aren't just communication devices. They're temporal interfaces. When practitioners engage in ancient ceremonies, they're not just tapping into Saturn's frequency broadcast. They're creating windows in time itself, allowing these chronographic entities to transmit information and influence across temporal boundaries.
Researchers also explored whether certain bloodlines and individuals serve as what it called temporal anchors. People whose genetic and consciousness programming allows them to maintain stable connections with these time-manipulating entities across generations. These aren't just the elitist families. These are individuals whose very DNA has been modified to serve as biological temporal interfaces, allowing chronogarchic intelligences to maintain consistent influence over human civilization, regardless of political or social changes.
This explains why certain meditation practices, timeline healing techniques, and consciousness expansion methods are so heavily discouraged or ridiculed in mainstream culture. It's not just that they help people break free from mental programming. They help people break free from temporal programming. When you start working with nonlinear time, consciousness, exploring past life memories, or practicing timeline healing, you're not just expanding your awareness. You are developing the ability to perceive and potentially interact with the same temporal dimensions these chronogarchic entities use to maintain their influence.
Breaking free of chronogarchic manipulation
The study also suggests that Saturn's frequency broadcast serves as a technological interface between these temporal entities and our three-dimensional reality. It's not just broadcasting limiting frequencies. It's broadcasting temporal anchoring signals that keep human consciousness locked into a specific timeline experience. Understanding chronogarchy would mean understanding that liberation isn't just about breaking free from mental or social conditioning. If human consciousness is naturally capable of non linear time perception, then our entire experience of being trapped in sequential time, aging and death might be artificially imposed limitations designed to keep us controllable by entities that exist outside these constraints. What's particularly fascinating is how this connects to modern physics research into dimensional reality and consciousness studies that suggest time itself might be far more malleable than we've been taught to believe.
Re-evaluating humanity's place in the cosmos
The frequency analysis also revealed that Saturn's emissions weren't just reaching Earth. Our planet's ionosphere was amplifying them. The same atmospheric layer that bounces radio signals around the globe was acting as a resonance chamber for Saturn's hexagonal transmissions. These events meant that every human being on Earth existed within a continuous field of Saturnian electromagnetic influence.
If Saturn's signals could influence human consciousness, and if this influence had been constant throughout human history, then our species had never existed outside this electromagnetic conditioning. Every thought, every decision, every cultural development had occurred within Saturn's broadcast field.
What the researchers discovered next would force a complete re-evaluation of humanity's place in the cosmos and explain why certain knowledge had been kept from public awareness for over four decades. A single paragraph buried on page 47 of the report revealed that researchers had compiled what they called a symbolic inventory, a comprehensive catalogue of identical geometric patterns appearing across human civilizations that had zero contact with each other. Cultures separated by thousands of years and continents. Yet, they were all building the same shapes, worshiping at the same angles, carving the same six-sided patterns into stone.

Postscript
Metaphysician Michael Tsarion and others of his ilk have been talking about many of the concepts in the CIA study including the chronogarchy for several decades. Author, futurist and international lawyer Alfred Lambremont Webre published two books in 2022: The Chronogarchy and Timelines of the Chronogarchy.
Webre’s books provide documentary and witness evidence which demonstrate that the Chronogarchy exists, how interdimensional quantum access time travel manipulates human events, human history and the interlife/afterlife – and even how the Chronogarchy used secret Time Travel to pre-identify US presidential winners since George H W Bush, and create artificial political divides.
Webre has also written a book called Emergence of the Omniverse: Universe - Multiverse – Omniverse, published in 2020 which I look forward to reading and reviewing.
